Ingredients


4oz shrimp
(chopped) 4oz boneless chicken breast
(diced) 1/2c white onion
(sliced) 1c mushroom
(chopped) 1c broccoli
1/2c snap peas
(diced) 1/4c celery
1tbs garlic
2-3 tbs evoo
1/2tsp black pepper
1tsp cayenne pepper
1pac sazon seasoning
1tsp adobo seasoning
1/4c soy sauce
1/4c water
? hot sauce

Heat 1tbs evoo in wok under medium/low heat. Add garlic, onions and mushrooms and stir for a minute. Add black pepper. Place contents in a bowl. Heat 1-2 tbs evoo, adding shrimp, chicken, sason and adobo seasoning. Cook under medium/high heat until cooked. Then place mixture in the same bowl as garlic,etc. In wok add remaining celery, broccoli, and snap peas under medium heat; to this add water and soy sauce and stir. let simmer for a few mins. Then add the contents in bowl back to wok, stirring frequently. Lastly add cayenne pepper and mix thoroughly. Serve while hot and enjoy!
Makes 2 servings. :) note: you may add hot sauce to your liking!
