Heat 1tbs evoo in wok under
medium/low heat. Add garlic, onions and mushrooms and stir for a
minute. Add black pepper. Place contents in a bowl. Heat 1-2 tbs
evoo, adding shrimp, chicken, sason and adobo seasoning. Cook under
medium/high heat until cooked. Then place mixture in the same bowl
as garlic,etc. In wok add remaining celery, broccoli, and snap peas
under medium heat; to this add water and soy sauce and stir. let
simmer for a few mins. Then add the contents in bowl back to wok,
stirring frequently. Lastly add cayenne pepper and mix thoroughly.
Serve while hot and enjoy!
